Description

Our Expedition Flatbeds start off as a  fully welded aluminum framework.  Our flooring and side rails are made from our proprietary extrusions specifically designed for strength and utility.  1″ Extruded Tongue & Groove decking, sits atop  3″ “I” Beams and is surrounded around the perimeter with our sturdy perimeter rail.  The flooring, “I” beams and side rails are fully welded inside and out for superior strength.  The headache rack has integrated fill spouts and passes thru the deck for increased strength.  These Tray beds are the perfect foundation for your modular overlanding build. Once you have a strong platform you can begin your custom configuration.  Custom options include, but not limited to, Canopy bodies, sleeper modules, tool modules, side boxes, under body boxes, pull out drawers, side rails, gates, and ramps.

Sometimes referred to as “UTE Beds” or “Tray Beds” our Expedition Flatbeds are designed and built to haul gear for a lifetime of service.  Our Flatbeds can be a work truck during the week and an off-road camping vehicle on the weekend.  Our modular designs let you add and remove storage bodies as you need them.  You can start with a flatbed now then add canopies and storage boxes as you progress thru you overlanding growth.
