Our Expedition Flatbeds start off as a  fully welded aluminum framework.  Our flooring and side rails are made from our proprietary extrusions specifically designed for strength and utility. The 1" Extruded Tongue & Groove decking sits atop  3" "I" Beams and is surrounded around the perimeter with our sturdy perimeter rail.  The flooring, "I" beams and side rails are fully welded inside and out for superior strength.  The headache rack has integrated fill spouts and passes thru the deck for increased strength.  These Tray beds are the perfect foundation for your modular overlanding build. Once you have a strong platform you can begin your custom configuration.  Custom options include, but not limited to, Canopy bodies, sleeper modules, tool modules, side boxes, under body boxes, pull out drawers, side rails, gates, and ramps.
