This robust design enables the American Roll Cover to handle loads of up to 500 lbs. (evenly distributed). All alloy components receive a premium black powder coat finish, resisting corrosion for years of reliable service.

The American Roll Cover offers exceptional cargo protection, guarding valuables in the bed against theft and severe weather. The top of the cover features a key-lockable latch—with the tailgate locked, cargo in the bed is safer than in the cab. While no bed cover is 100 percent waterproof, the American Roll Cover’s integrated seals and drain tubes help keep water where it belongs—outside of the bed.

Operating the American Roll Cover is quick and easy. Simply use the provided key to unlock the cover or unlock your tailgate to access the keyless entry latch. The cover is tension-driven to allow smooth retracting into its ultra-low-profile canister, measuring only eight inches tall and deep. The integrated pull strap helps you easily open and close the cover from your tailgate. For convenience, the American Roll Cover uses a built-in auto-latch system that locks the cover in 12-in. increments along the bed rails.

Installation

The Truck Covers USA American Roll Cover matte black features a simple clamp-on installation. No cutting, trimming, or drilling is required. Truck Covers USA includes all necessary hardware and instructions for hassle-free mounting.

Optional Upgrade

We, at Nuthouse, developed a robust, heavy duty crossbar system that can be mounted to the Truck Covers USA tonneau cover. The added L-track system mounts to the covers side rails and our (3) Crossbar System attaches to the L-Track. The (3) Crossbar System is made up of(6)  stainless steel powder coated towers and (3) 80/20 1″x 3″ black anodized crossbars. Overall height of the crossbars system is 3 1/2 inches.
