The Nutzo RAMBOX Series Expedition Rack available for all model year and size Rambox trucks.  Designed around the Rambox storage system to allow full access to the storage. 2″ square aluminum tube makes up the frame of the rack and the cross bars made from 1-5/8” square tubing.  The Nutzo RAMBOX Series Expedition Rack has the option for all the center cross bars to be removable. Nutshell boxes and UMP plates are not compatible with the Rambox Rack.

 

Nutzo RAMBOX Series Expedition Rack Options:

• Height Options – 3 height options available:

Standard Height – 20″ above bed rails

Cab Height – 24″ above bed rails

Low Pro – 17″ above bed rails. Tire shelf not compatible.

• Finish Options – Racks come standard black mini textured powder coat (standard).

• Removable Cross Bars –Removable Crossbars allow full access and versatility to the bed of your truck.  Each connector end has 2 Stainless Steel bolts with nylon lock nuts.

• Lighting Options – Internally wired Deluxe Light Package or purchase a la carte. The Deluxe light package includes: 1-10″ third brake light, 2- Amber marker lights, 4- Red marker lights, 4- Baja Designs S1 amber LED flood lights.  All of our lights are wired with 12-14 gauge double sheathed marine grade wire with 5ft leads.  All of our crimp fittings are heat shrink fittings to keep out moisture.  For disconnects we use Weather Pack electrical connectors and Wago snap connectors.

• Hard Deck Option – Hard Deck heavy duty aluminum frame from 1″x 3″ tubing, extra tubing under spare tire location, set-up for 35″- 40” spare tire with mounting hardware. Aluminum “L” track for additional storage. Offers extreme security and maximum weather proofing.

• Coiling Cover Option – USA made aluminum powder coated, retractable and lockable cover.  Requires modification to rack and has addition Coiling Cover prep fees. Coiling Cover is weatherproof.

• Tire Shelf Option – Designed to accommodate a tire up to 40″ and still provide extra space for storing gear. The Tire Shelf sits above the optional tonneau cover and does not affect its operation. With (4) spring loaded pins, the Tire Shelf is easily removed by releasing the (2) back pins to load the spare tire. The Tire Shelf comes with (2) 2″/2500 lbs straps to secure the spare tire. An accessory rail added to the Tire Shelf to mount Rotopax, Maxtrax, Hi-lift Jack etc is optional.
