Nutzo Gladiator Expedition Hard Deck is a fully welded, all aluminum deck. The Hard Deck bolts to the truck using factory mounting holes and require no modification to the vehicle. It includes (5) rows of mill finish L-Track and a tire stop that can be a stand alone bed cover providing a strong surface for storing gear or a spare tire. The Hard Deck pairs well with our Expedition Bed Slide. This perfect combo allows the depth and security required to store an ARB Fridge/Freezer in the bed of your truck. This modular setup lets you bolt on a Nutzo Expedition Cab Rack or Crossbar mounting System.

Nutzo Gladiator Expedition Hard Deck Options and Modules:

• Finish Options – Black mini textured powder coat comes standard

• L-Track and Spare Tire Stop (5) rows of mill finish L-Track come standard mounted on the Hard Deck. We also include a Spare Tire Stop to stop the load from the Hard Deck from entering into the cab through the back window in an emergency.

• Nuthouse Crossbars Mounting System is a low pro mounting system that easily allows you to mount a Roof Top Tent or large accessories to the top of your Hard Deck. These crossbars mount to the L-Track already provided on the Hard Deck.

• Expedition Cab Height Rack is designed with modularity in mind to get you outfitted for your next adventure.  The large openings in the rack allow you to individualize your load out.  You can have your choice of Nutshell Storage boxes or Universal Mounting Plates. The Nutzo Expedition Cab Height rack uprights have 2” square aluminum tube with 1/8” wall thickness unitized with 1/4” thick aluminum angle running the entire length of the bed. The rack comes standard with 5 welded cross bars made from 2” square tube.

• Lighting Options – We offer the Deluxe Package or a-la-carte. The internally wired Deluxe light package includes: 2- Amber marker lights, 4- Red marker lights and 2- Baja Designs S1 amber LED flood lights. All lights are wired with 12-16 gauge double sheathed marine grade wire and come standard with 5ft leads. All of the crimp fittings are heat shrink fittings to keep out moisture. For disconnects we use Weather Pack electrical connectors and snap connectors. Switches wired into the rack are an additional charge.

• Nutshell Storage Box – All aluminum storage boxes, fully welded and gasketed, offering extreme security and weather resistance. The boxes have a lockable compression latch and a gas strut to hold the door open. Coated in black mini textured powder coat.

  

  

  

  

  

  

• Universal Mounting Plates – Mounting plates are 1/8″ thick aluminum and offered in a single width. Plates predrilled for mounting Rotopax.

  

  

• Awning Mount Brackets – Our racks have pre-drilled provisions on both sides of the rack to add our bolt on awning mounts. Two different offsets available for different RTT and awning configurations. Pre-drilled to accept most 270 syle awnings. Laser cut, CNC formed, Fully Welded Seams, made from 1/4″ aluminum and powder coated.

  

  

• Lockable Traction Aid Storage Box –These storage boxes offer quick access to your Maxtrax traction boards.  Available for 2 or 4 traction boards.  Specifically designed for Maxtrax MKII brand only.  While on the trail you can secure the closer door with a carabiner or a small padlock.
