Nutzo Gladiator Cab Height Expedition Bed Rack, a fully welded, all aluminum, expedition roof top tent (RTT) rack.  This rack series is specifically designed to match the lines of the Jeep Gladiator.  The Cab Height Rack is 24-3/4″ from the top of the bed sides to the top of the rack.  These expedition racks bolt to the truck using factory mounting holes and require no modification to the vehicle.  The Nutzo Gladiator rack is designed with modularity in mind to get you outfitted for your next adventure.  The large openings in the rack offer individualized load-out.  You have your choice of Nutshell Storage boxes or Universal Mounting Plates. A locking, retractable aluminum coiling cover is an option for bed coverage and protection.

The Nutzo Gladiator Cab Height Expedition Bed Rack uprights have 2” square aluminum tube with 1/8” wall thickness unitized with 1/4” thick aluminum angle running the entire length of the bed. The rack comes standard with 5 welded cross bars made from 2” square tube. Removable crossbars are available for an additional charge.

• Finish Options –Black mini textured powder coat (standard)

• Lighting Options – We offer the Deluxe Package or a-la-carte.  The internally wired Deluxe light package includes: 2- Amber marker lights, 4- Red marker lights and 2- Baja Designs S1 amber LED flood lights. Wired with double sheathed marine grade wire and come standard with 5ft leads.  All of the crimp fittings are heat shrink fittings to keep out moisture.  For disconnects we use Weather Pack electrical connectors and snap connectors. Switches wired into the rack are an additional charge.

• Coiling Cover Option – USA made aluminum powder coated, retractable, and lockable cover.  Coiling Cover is weatherproof.

• Accessory Shelf – The accessory shelf is approximately 15″ wide and bolts onto the rack spanning the bed. This shelf sits behind cab, it is removable and includes tie down holes.

• Nutshell Storage Box – All aluminum storage boxes fully welded and gasketed.  They offer extreme security and weather resistance.  The outside of the box is coated with mini textured powder coat.   The boxes have a lockable compression latch and a gas strut to hold the door open. The box dimensions are 52″ Wide, 14″ Tall, 13″ Deep .

  

  

• Universal Mounting Plates – Mounting plates are 1/8″ thick aluminum and offered in a single width. The plates are predrilled for mounting Rotopax.

  

  

  

• Awning Brackets – The awning brackets work with most straight pull, 180 degree and 270 degree awning brands. Laser cut, CNC formed, Fully Welded Seams, made from 1/4″ aluminum and powder coated to match the racks.

• Lockable Traction Board Storage Box –These offer quick access to your Maxtrax MKII traction boards.  These Lockable Traction Board Storage Boxes are available to hold 2 or 4 traction boards.  Specifically designed for Maxtrax MKII brand only.  While on the trail you can secure the closer door with a carabiner or a small padlock.
