Nutzo – Expedition Hard Deck a fully welded, all aluminum deck. It bolts to the truck using factory mounting holes therefore requires no modification to the vehicle. It includes (5) rows of mill finish L-Track. In addition, a tire stop thus provides a strong restraint from forward load shift into the cab while storing heavy gear or a spare tire. Moreover the Nutzo – Expedition Hard Deck pairs well with our Expedition Bed Slide. Furthermore, this modular setup permits a Nutzo Expedition Cab Rack or Crossbar mounting System.

• L-Track and Spare Tire Stop (5) rows of mill finish L-Track come standard mounted on the Hard Deck. In addition a Spare Tire Stop thus provides a strong restraint from forward load shift into the cab while storing heavy gear or a spare tire.

Nutzo – Expedition Hard Deck Options:

• Crossbars Mounting System a low pro mounting system so you can easily mount a Roof Top Tent or large accessories to the top of your Hard Deck. Notably the crossbars mount to the preinstalled L-Track.

• Expedition Cab Height Rack designed with modularity in mind thus can be easily and conveniently arranged for your next adventure.  The large openings in the rack allow for individualized load out. So you can have your choice of Nutshell Storage boxes or Universal Mounting Plates. The Nutzo Expedition Cab Height rack uprights have 2” square aluminum tube with 1/8” wall thickness unitized with 1/4” thick aluminum angle running the entire length of the bed. The rack comes standard with 5 welded cross bars made from 2” square tube. However removable crossbars are available for an additional charge.

• Lighting – We offer a Deluxe Light Package or a-la-carte.  Notably the internally wired Deluxe Light Package includes: 2- Amber marker lights, 4- Red marker lights and 2- Baja Designs S1 amber LED flood lights. Wired with double sheathed marine grade wire and come standard with 5ft leads.  All crimp fittings have heat shrink to keep out moisture.  Weather Pack electrical connectors and snap connectors used for disconnects. However, switches wired into the rack are an additional charge.

• Nutshell Storage Box – Aluminum, fully welded.  Offers extreme security and weather resistance. For example the box has lockable compression latches and gasketed. Gas struts hold the door open. Furthermore, exterior coated with a mini textured powder coat. Box dimension 52″ Wide, 14″ Tall, 13″ Deep.

  

  

  

• Universal Mounting Plate – 1/8″ thick aluminum and powder coated. Pre-drilled for mounting Rotopax. Although (2) plates are needed to mount traction aid boards.

  

  

• Awning Mount Brackets – Work with most straight pull, 180 degree and 270 degree awning brands. Laser cut, CNC formed, Fully Welded Seams, made from 1/4″ aluminum. Powder coated to match the rack.

  

  

• Traction Aid Storage Box –Mount horizontally under the rack or vertical behind a Nutshell box, so you have quick access to your Maxtrax MKII traction boards.  Available for 2 or 4 traction boards.  Specifically designed for Maxtrax MKII brand only.  Additionally, the box is lockable and the door secured with a carabiner or a small padlock.
